How the night works from the front
Your table is reserved and hosted. This is where to arrive, what is already waiting for you, and what we still need from you before the day.
The night
- Saturday 12 December 2026, Ghud Park — Accra Mall, Tetteh Quarshie.
- Doors at 19:00. Music from 20:00.
Arriving
- There is a dedicated lane for tables, with a host who takes you in.
- Every guest still needs valid photo ID. The table is reserved, the ID check is not waived.
- A parking pass comes with the table.
What is waiting
- Ten reserved seats in the front premium rows.
- Table service through the night, with one bottle included to start.
- A merch pack and a photo moment.
What we need from you
- Your guest names, so the host has a list at the lane.
- Any bottle or service preferences, in advance rather than on the night.
- How many parking passes you will actually use.
Still to come
- The arrival window for tables, and your host's direct line. Both are emailed to the table contact in the week before.
- Where parking passes are collected. Being confirmed with the venue.
